There has been much negative speculation about the events that have taken place in the last few days... Let me set the record straight. After months of consideration, I have decided to close the doors and liquidate the assets of my company. Those of you I've done business with will know this was not an easy decision nor one made in haste, but one I feel will be best for myself and my family in the years to come. We've had a good run here at Shoebox Ford, Inc. and I know the passion we all share for these old cars will keep us going. As I no longer wish to continue on in the daily retail aspects of my business, I pose no competition to my former employees. I wish them nothing but success in their future endeavors. Any pending orders will be fulfilled or resolved by the end of next week, but no new orders will be accepted at this time. Shoebox Ford, Inc. has been the culmination of my life long passion for cars, parts and the people that go with them. I appreciate all of your business and support over the past 40 years and look forward to seeing you down the road.
